DELIVERY:

Where do you currently deliver?

Currently, we deliver to the Triangle area. Please call to ensure delivery is available to your area.

Do you offer free delivery?

All deliveries over 25 miles will be charged a delivery fee of $10 plus mileage.

Can I pick a specific delivery time for my order?

Delivery times are not guaranteed due to weather conditions, traffic, and/or other circumstances that are out of our control. If you require an exact delivery time, we recommend picking up your order.

What do I do with the board after?

We ask that you return the wooden boards in excellent condition to receive your full deposit. Please try to scrape food off if your pickup is the next day. Compostable Boards are yours to keep!

Do you deliver every day of the week?

We currently deliver Monday – Saturday. Our hours vary based on the day and the quantities of orders. For Holiday orders please call or email us.

Do you cater for events?

Yes!  The Boardroom can create grazing tables of all sizes for your events. Please see our Conference Table for more information or Contact Sherry.

Can I hire you to cater my corporate event?

Yes! We do many corporate events and would love to cater yours. If you do not see the size you are needing, contact us for more information.

PRODUCTS:

Am I able to choose what is on my board?

Every board is seasonal and custom-made to order.  However, you can choose to add more ingredients, as well as vegan and gluten alternatives.

Do you offer Gluten-Free options?

Yes! We try to create the board to fit your needs. If you are needing Gluten-Free options, please contact us to discuss alternatives.

How do I go about attaching a personalized note to my order?

Place the desired note in the order note section of the online ordering process. If placing the order via phone, let us know that you would like to add a personalized note to the order.
